Setting it up:

Step 1: Unroll it on clear, flat ground where you want it and plug it in - the internal fan fills it in a few minutes.
Step 2: Stake the loops and tie the tether ropes out to the ground before it fully inflates, so a gust cannot lift it.
Step 3: Run the cord to an outdoor outlet on a timer if you want it off during the day.

Care instructions:

Keep the fan plugged in - the shape is held by air, so it will sag the moment the blower stops. That is how it works, not a defect.
Unplug, shake out the water and let it dry fully before you fold it away.
Take it down in hard rain, snow or high wind. The fabric is weather-resistant, not storm-proof.
Patch a puncture with the tape from a pool-toy repair kit; do not use a heat gun near the LEDs.

Please note: Due to the difference in monitor and light effect, the actual color and size of the item may be slightly different from the visual image. Furthermore, please be noted this is an air-supported inflatable, not a framed prop - the blower has to stay plugged in the whole time it is up, and it will deflate on purpose when you switch it off. It is rated for seasonal outdoor use, not for hard rain, snow or high wind, and it is for ages 14 and up - keep the cord, the fan and the stakes away from children and pets.
