Step 1: Set it where it can be looked at from a step back; the molded detail is what carries the effect, and it disappears when you are standing right in front of it.
Step 2: Put it on a solid surface or the floor of a porch, not on the edge of a crowded mantel, because at this weight it takes the ornament below it with it.
