One piece of stretch knit covers the head, ears and neck, with an opening at eye level - the pale band you see across the face in the photos is where you look out.

Setting it up:

Step 1: Loosen the opening, put both hands in and pull it over your head, then work the fabric down so the eye opening sits on your eyes rather than on your brow.
Step 2: Settle the neck panel over your collar - it is meant to sit under a jacket hood or coat zip, not over it, so the wind has no gap to get through.
Step 3: If you wear glasses, put the mask on first and the glasses over it; the eye opening is cut to leave room for frames.

Care instructions:

Wash cold by hand or on a gentle cycle, turned inside out so the printed face faces inward.
No bleach and no fabric softener - both are what dulls a printed knit over time.
Line dry out of direct sun. No tumble dryer and no iron on the print.
