A witch in flight, printed on aluminum and set in an 8 x 8 in frame that is three quarters of an inch deep. No glass in it, which is exactly why it can go where Halloween art usually cannot: a bathroom wall that fogs, a kitchen wall that gets greasy, a covered porch that gets rained on, a shelf a dog knocks things off. The hanger is molded into the back, so it is one nail and a minute. At this scale it works in the small gaps - beside a mirror, over the toilet tank, in the space between two cabinets - rather than trying to carry a whole wall.

Setting it up:

Step 1: Hang it on a stud or with a proper anchor: the strip is on the print, the wall fixing is on you, and a bare pin in plaster pulls out with the frame still on it.
Step 2: Mark one nail at the height you want the middle of the print, then sight it from a step back - a small square looks crooked far sooner than a large piece.
Step 3: Put it where people stop and look rather than at the end of a hall, since an 8 in print is read close up.

Care instructions:

A damp cloth and a drop of mild soap is all the face needs; skip anything abrasive, which marks the print before it marks the frame.
Do not leave it where water sits at the bottom of the frame - a wet windowsill is what lifts a finish.
Keep it off the direct splash line behind a sink or a stove, even though the aluminum itself is washable.
