30-Day Returns & Exchange Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at official@ochapa.com with the following information:

• Your Order Number
• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• The reason for your request
• Clear photos of the item(s) (if applicable)

Order Cancellation

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund by contacting us at official@ochapa.com. Cancellation requests are usually processed within 24 hours.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Include all original packaging and tags.
• Be suitable for resale.

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Return Process

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

After your request has been approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and the nearest available return warehouse based on your location.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our mistake (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible.

Most refunds are completed within 3–7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We will gladly offer one of the following solutions:

• Partial refund (where appropriate)

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us.

Once the shipping carrier confirms the package has been lost, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Please note that orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier cannot be refunded unless official proof of non-delivery is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Return Shipping

If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to our error, we will cover all reasonable return shipping costs.
