30-Day Returns & Exchange Guarantee

• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

Order Cancellation

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund by contacting us at official@ochapa.com. Cancellation requests are usually processed within 24 hours.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Include all original packaging and tags.
• Be suitable for resale.

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Return Process

After your request has been approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and the nearest available return warehouse based on your location.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our mistake (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

Refunds

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Lost or Delayed Orders

Return Shipping
