Putting it on:

Step 1: Dress the baby in their usual layer first - the plush piece goes over the top, and a thin base layer keeps the inside from getting warm.
Step 2: Guide the head through the center opening, then pull the hood up so the face stays clear of the fabric.
Step 3: Spread the tentacles out around them instead of tucking them under - the shape is what shows in the photo.

Care instructions:

Spot clean the pile with a damp cloth and let it air dry flat, away from a heater or direct sun.
Do not put it in a tumble dryer - the stuffed tentacles stay damp inside long after the surface feels dry.
This is dress-up and photo wear, not bedding: keep it out of the crib and out of a sleep setup.

Please note: Due to the difference in monitor and light effect, the actual color and size of the item may be slightly different from the visual image. Furthermore, please be noted this is a costume for short, supervised wear. A baby should not be left in it asleep or unattended, and the hood and long tentacles stay out of the crib - soft bedding is a suffocation risk for infants.
