It is a single piece of thin metal about 11.8 x 7.87 in, with four holes already punched in the corners, so a nail, a hook or a piece of twine does the hanging and there is nothing to build. The artwork is printed rather than cut out, so it survives rain on a covered wall and comes in and reads as ordinary retro decor the rest of the year.

Step 1: Four punched corner holes take a nail or two screws directly - mark the level before you punch the first one.
Step 2: On plaster or brick, use wall plugs; the plate is thin tin and a tight screw will buckle it.
Step 3: Hang it where a warm light falls across the printed face - the dark sky and the moon are what carry the piece.

Care instructions:

Wipe with a damp cloth and dry it; the print is the wear point, so no scouring pads.
Keep it off exposed weather - thin tin plate will rust at a scratched edge before the season is out.
The cut edges are thin metal - hold it by the faces and keep it away from young children.
